providers. You can compare that list with the list we
are mailing out, suggesting providers to consider.
Also consider providers recommended by your family
and friends. Many doctors these days have a video
introducing themselves and their approach to patient
care, which can be very helpful in making your
choice. Just Google (or use any other web search for)
the name of the provider, and see if a link to their
video shows up.

practitioner, or physician assistant for care, let the
staff know your doctor is retiring and has
recommended the provider you want to see. If
someone close to you has seen that provider, say that
also – any connection you have with the provider
increases the chance you can be accepted into the

to know about before you receive an answer. If you
