| We are located in Wichita, Kansas, having moved here from Andover effective September 1, 2008. The address is 9415 E Harry, Suite 405. This is in the Countryside Office Park, right next to the Walgreen at Harry and Webb. Find us by entering the Office Park on either entrance driveway, keep going back (south) to the first east-west driveway, and our suite, 405, is about in the middle of the 400 building. |  |

| Office hours are 9 to 12 and 1:30 to 5:00 on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. On Wednesday we are open 9 to 12. We welcome our established patients to our new location.
