| We are located in Wichita, Kansas, having moved here from Andover effective September 1, 2008. The address is 9415 E Harry, Suite 405. This is in the Countryside Office Park, right next to the Walgreen at Harry and Webb. Find us by entering the Office Park on either entrance driveway, keep going back (south) to the first east-west driveway, and our suite, 405, is about in the middle of the 400 building. |

have made every attempt to inform current patients
about the practice closing. We have a letter with
details, and a list of available primary care providers
to consider for transfer of care. Please call if you
need the letter and list mailed to you. You can call
after hours and leave voicemail for us, if that is more
convenient for you. We will call you back.
We have a retirement gathering planned at
Botanica on Sunday afternoon, June 29, 2014.
This will be a come-and-go event from 1:30 - 3:30,
and people who come will have access to all of
Botanica for the afternoon. We will have light
refreshments. Please, no presents -- we just hope
we can have the pleasure of your company.
